By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing products, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

We make every effort to display the colors, dimensions, and specifications of our products accurately. Because many studio pieces involve handcrafted, artistic, 3D printing, or hand-painted processes, natural minor variations in texture, shade, and finish are an authentic part of each product.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless indicated otherwise. We reserve the right to rectify typographical or pricing errors prior to order dispatch.

Submitting an order represents an offer to purchase the selected items. Order confirmation occurs upon successful payment verification or confirmation of cash on delivery. We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in cases of stock discrepancies or suspected fraudulent activity.

All brand assets, studio designs, artwork, product photographs, logos, text, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of Clay Brush Studio and protected under applicable copyright laws. Commercial reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clay Brush Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website services.

These terms and all store transactions are governed by the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Tamil Nadu.

Clay Brush Studio respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This provisional Privacy Policy describes what information we collect when you visit our website, register an account, or make a purchase, and how that information is handled securely.

We collect only the personal information essential to provide our shopping experience, fulfill deliveries, and communicate with you:

• Contact information: Name, email address, and phone number provided upon account sign-up or checkout.
• Delivery information: Shipping address, billing address, and recipient contact details necessary for dispatch.
• Order records: Purchased items, order totals, transaction dates, and fulfillment statuses.
• Direct correspondence: Inquiries, feedback, or support messages sent via email, phone, or WhatsApp.

• Processing, assembling, packing, and dispatching your orders.
• Sending essential transactional communications, including order confirmations, tracking details, and support responses.
• Maintaining your account, order history, and saved wishlist preferences.

All online payments are securely processed through encrypted, compliant third-party payment gateways. Clay Brush Studio does not store, process, or retain your complete debit card, credit card, or UPI credentials on our servers.

Our storefront uses essential browser cookies and local storage exclusively to enable core shopping features, such as preserving cart items, maintaining your wishlist, and keeping your session signed in. We do not use third-party tracking or cross-site advertising pixels.

We do not sell, rent, or trade customer information to third parties. Customer address and contact information are shared solely with our verified courier delivery partners to complete parcel delivery.

You may review and update your account details at any time by logging into the My Account dashboard. For data correction or account deletion requests, please contact our support team.

After order confirmation and successful payments or cash on delivery, your order will be processed and shipped within 4 business days.

All products are expected to be delivered within 4–7 business days after shipment.

Overall, orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation and payments.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, location constraints, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

We understand that plans can change. This provisional Cancellation Policy outlines the process and eligibility conditions under which an order placed with Clay Brush Studio may be cancelled.

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed and dispatched for delivery. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible via email or WhatsApp with your order number.

Once an order has been packed, assigned a tracking number, or handed over to our delivery partner, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, customers may follow the Return and Refund Policy upon parcel delivery.

For handcrafted, custom-painted, or customized 3D printed products, cancellation requests must be received before the production or crafting process begins. Once crafting is underway, cancellation may not be permitted.

For cancellations successfully approved prior to dispatch, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. All return requests are subject to review and approval by CLAY BRUSH STUDIO.

Returns may be approved in the following cases:

• Verified manufacturing defects
• Products damaged during transit
• Incorrect product received

To request a return, customers must provide clear photographs or videos showing the issue for review.

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Personal preference or dissatisfaction with the design, appearance, size, color, or construction of the product
• Expectations differing from the product photos, videos, dimensions, or descriptions provided before purchase
• Delicate features that are clearly shown or described on the product page
• Minor variations resulting from the handmade, artistic, or 3D printing and Painting process

Approved returns must be sent back unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Returns that show signs of use, modification, damage caused after delivery, or missing components may be rejected.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.

CLAY BRUSH STUDIO reserves the right to approve or reject return requests based on the condition of the product and compliance with this policy.
